Thanks Jack to share on this. This is exactly same issue stuck on my environment about this KB Microsoft no longer provide this patch for Server but Windows 10 OS only. I cannot refer any of patch replaced for this KB for Server OS and so there is no way to fix this vulnerability by install security patch.
